Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the following business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard shipping to US addresses typically arrives within 5–7 business days from the date of order. Rural and remote areas may take an additional 1–3 days.

International Shipping

International orders typically arrive within 10–15 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees levied by their country. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or email support@tinnuril.com.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact support right away and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and, if needed, send a replacement at no additional cost.
